Fraser Bradshaw - Managing Director
Fraser began his marketing career with ICI in 1987 before moving into advertising and working agency side. Since his early days on Girobank, Barclaycard and managing the Burger King account, he has continued to work on national and international accounts in marketing and strategic roles - both in the UK and US.
He is a strong advocate of Integrated Marketing Communications and was formerly Strategy & Planning Director for McCann-Erickson, before being appointed Managing Director of McCann Bristol in 2004. Since then the agency has been voted UK Agency of the Year nationally and regionally and has grown its revenue five fold to become a driving force in the region. He also established McCann's digital agency McCann-i and is responsible for the award-winning digital operations in Bristol and Birmingham.
Paul Gillow - Director of Brand Response & McCann Direct
Paul has had 20 years in the industry and brings experience from a diverse range of industry sectors and channels. Over the last few years he has predominately focused on the integration of marketing programmes both on and offline and specifically in the development of customer relevance and relationships. Paul's Direct team are industry experts who manage everything from list purchases to data modelling and profiling through to CRM programmes. His Brand Response team are also highly experienced in creating effective, response-driven above-the-line solutions for TV, radio, poster and press campaigns.
Claire Banks - Head of Interactive
Leading the McCann-i team Claire was brought to McCann Erickson to create and build McCann Erickson's digital offering. Her experience in all things interactive has been earned, not quite since the advent of the internet, but certainly since the term digital marketing was born. Clients include: Mattel, Disney, Crown, Muller, Johnnie Walker, Travelex, Diahatsu, Avis, Goodyear, Dunlop, HiQ, Sofa Brands International, Kodak Lens, OKI Printing Solutions, Bristol & West, Bank of Ireland, BOC, Ceuta Healthcare, Ordnance Survey, Government Planning Portal.
Sarah Brown - Planning Director
Sarah leads the Planning and Insight Unit at McCann, bringing insight and strategic clarity to all client work across all of our client services teams. Sarah specialises in asking the right questions to uncover the crucial insights that drive effective marketing strategy. She has delivered business-changing strategies for clients such as Visa, Nestle, GlaxoSmithKline, Unilever, Tesco, and Marks & Spencer. She has designed and led successful, insight-driven global marketing campaigns for numerous Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, Zurich, and Hewlett Packard. A former academic, Sarah holds master's degrees in semiotics and cultural sociology and was a fellow at UCLA where she taught qualitative research methods and advanced statistics.
John Heywood - Creative Director
John has over 20 years of experience in the marketing industry. With strong retail experience, he has worked on numerous accounts throughout his career, specifically as Creative Director on B&Q, Carphone Warehouse, Toys R Us and M&S. He also directed the Nutricia Mother & Baby business for over seven years (Cow&Gate, Milupa and Olvarit). He has experience in travel, telecoms, financial services, pharmaceuticals and charity. John conceives and/or overseas all client work, both on and off line. He also remains a hands-on, enthusiastic motivator and mentor to his team, which includes award-winning talent from all creative disciplines: print and digital designers, art directors, copywriters and artworkers. While each has their own specialism, they work collectively to bring our client's demand ideas to life in the most compelling, cost-effective and integrated way.
Terry Iddenden - Creative Services Director
Terry brings a huge amount of Blue Chip expertise to the team and a strong track record of achievement in providing process and service solutions within agencies. Experienced in Change Management and a great communicator, influencer and negotiator he leads our Creative Services department, managing all work through the agency. Terry has worked in the industry for over 20 years with great experience at: BMP (DDB Needham), Duckworth, Finn, Grubb, Waters (DFGW), Partners (BDDH), Ogilvy & Mather, TBWA, Leo Burnett , FCB, Chiat/Day, WCRS and McCann Erickson London.
Nick Livingstone - Technical Director
Leading the McCann-i development team - interface development expert, with emphasis on information architecture, standards compliance, usability and accessibility. Experienced in consulting on and developing accessible, usable web sites for a wide range of clients, including FMCG: Ceuta Healthcare, Guinness, Johnnie Walker, Muller; automotive: Hyundai, Shell, Goodyear Dunlop, Mercedes, Daihatsu, Harley Davidson; government: Planning Portal, NHS, Advantage West Midlands; Financial: Bank of Ireland, Nationwide, Royal bank of Scotland, Esure, Travelex, Wesleyan.
Kelly Comley - Office Manager
The invaluable oil without which our cogs wouldn't turn. Kelly has been with us for over 10 years and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and company infrastructure.
